Versailles United Methodist Church Facility Rental and Use Fees Non-members 2023

Facilities 

• Sanctuary - $ 750.00

• Sanctuary and Kitchen - $ 1,000.00

• Atrium -  $ 300.00

• Children's Room - $ 300.00

• Youth Room - $ 300.00

• Classroom/Conference - $ 100.00

• All rooms, excluding Academy rooms - $1,500.00

• Pavilion - $ 400.00

Services

• Audio/Video Technician* Min. $75.00 per hour 

• Custodial Fee $50.00 pr hr. - Min. 3 hrs. 

*Required Security Deposit at time of rental request  - $75.00 (Refundable)

**Services involving Member Attendant, Wedding Director, Musicians, Ministers, Nursery Attendants, et. al. are to be negotiated with party reserving the facility.

Technician's fees are to paid directly to the technician.

***A minimum of one-half (1/2) of the total assessed fees will be due the date of confirmation. The remaining half of the fees will be due two weeks prior to the use date.

The church facilities may be used for community events or needs. Trustees and/or pastor will decide, on an individual basis, if fees are to be assessed.

Cancellation: VUMC reserves the right to cancel a reservation up to 30 days prior to the event. All deposits and fees will be returned. If the renter cancels the event, refunds will be determined on an individual basis.
