| July 29th DAY TIME- Ropes Course from 9am - 2:30pm! We will meet at the church @ 8:15am so we can get to Wilmore by 9am. The medical form you will need can be found here: http://www.asbury.edu/sites/default/files/u196/Challenge%20Course%20Medical %20Form%20%26%20Waiver.pdf Just copy and paste that web address, fill it out and bring it to me and you will be good to go. I need that when you show up to go to the course. Need to wear/bring: Dress in active, comfortable clothes and wear tennis shoes and you might want to bring a raincoat just in case. Also a camera, bug spray, sunglasses. Very IMPORTANT!! You must bring a bag lunch because we will eat lunch there and then finish with the ropes course. Remember... Bring a LUNCH! We will be back at the church by 2:30pm. It is $12 for the ropes course. July 29th NIGHT TIME!- Meet at the Pavilion at 6pm for Food, Worship, SPAM, and a Message! It will be lots of fun! Pick up will be at the Pavilion at 9:30. Just bring yourselves and... A Friend! July 30th DAY TIME- We are doing Mission Work from 9am- 2pm. I will have more details by the beginning of next week of what we will be doing. So be prepared for that! July 30th NIGHT TIME- LOCK-IN!!!!!!!!!!!! Be @ the Pavilion by 6pm. We will be doing some pretty awesome stuff and pick up will be at the Pavilion by 9am on Saturday. Food will be provided. More information will be given early next week. July 31st DAY TIME- Sleep! July 31st NIGHT TIME- Baseball theme night! Be at the church at 5:30pm. We will eat dinner and then we will go to the Lexington Legends baseball game. Wear baseball clothes and bring your baseball gloves, so we can catch home-run balls!!! The tickets will cost $6. I don't know when we will be home so we will call you when we are on the way back. August 1st DAY TIME- Come to church! We will go to the 10 o' clock service at Versailles if you can make it. Pastor Mike want to do a YOUTH SUNDAY! We will have a couple people talk about Hinton and the youth band will lead the church in worship!! You should come and support the Youth! We also will need some youth to read scriptures in the service. And after the service the church is having a picnic at the Pavilion with free food!! YAY! August 1st NIGHT TIME- We are having a Cookout and Pool Party at the Woodford Hills Country Club and we will meet at the country club at 6pm. Bring a swimsuit, towel and your appetite! Parents are willing to stay if you desire! And pick up will be at the Country Club at 9pm! |
